Des Hassett has been appointed as General Manager of Donite Plastics. Mr Hassett brings 23 years of experience across manufacturing, operations and business improvement, with a strong track record in senior management roles. Drawing on his knowledge of lean management, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, manufacturing engineering and ISO standards, Mr Hassett will lead production, staff development and process improvement. Des will build on the increasing customer demand across aerospace, transport and wider manufacturing sectors while supporting Donite’s focus on efficiency, precision and product quality.
